Repair Policy

  1. Repair Policy

    1. If there are any changes to your original quote or in case if you haven’t received a quote. We will contact you before commencing any work.
    2. In case, if, the device is not repairable. We will charge $50 as service charge.
    3. We also recommend to make a full backup before sending device in for repair.
    4. No person associated with the repair is responsible for any type of data loss.
    5. Please take your sim card and memory card from your device. We do not accept responsibility for the loss of these items.
    6. If there is any unexpected damage during repair, we will be responsible to fix that without extra cost. But it may take up to 2 weeks’ time to fix it.
    7. As we are third party repair agent, we may use third party parts. So, if there is any sort warranty please confirm with manufacturer. We will not be responsible for the loss of warranty.

    2. Service Warranty

    We offer 3 Months of  Warranty on our screen repairs, battery and camera, but the 3 months warranty is excluded on soldered components, accessories, software. Any physical or liquid damage will not be covered under warranty. We don’t provide refund unless two attempts been made on your device. For the Warranty job customer has to pay $50 as service charges.

    By signing you are accepting conditions stated above. If you cannot be contacted after months of assessment provided Smart Mobile will keep right to keep or dispose the device in key of payment.
